GRANVILLE LLOYDE MULLINGS, JR. is a Music Teacher, Session Musician, Musical Director, and GRAMMY® Nominated Songwriter/Musician.

 

Born and raised in Mount Vernon, NY, Granville started playing professionally at sixteen. He has written and performed for off-broadway shows and theatre productions. Granville’s a composer, producer, and musician appearing on Elle Winston’s The Buy Back (2017); Kate Vargas’ Strangeclaw (2016), For the Wolfish and Wandering (2018) and Rumpumpo (2021); Divinity Roxx' GRAMMY nominated record, Ready, Set, Go! (2020) which was nominated in 2023. Granville will also appear on Sgt. Splendor's upcoming album, due for release in 2024 featuring Eric McFadden and Kate Vargas.

 

Mr. Granville has a private lesson studio in Mount Vernon, NY where he teaches remotely and in-person. He’s had the pleasure of performing with Divinity Roxx since November of 2016 including her US tours. Granville has shared the stage with Victor Wooten, Tank and the Bangas, NONA HENDRYX and many others. He donates his time to deserving students and programs that he feels passionate about through his project studio, the mntlLAB, as well as other avenues. Granville is grateful to his lovely wife and children for being his support system in this industry.
